Frequently Asked Questions
Just ordered my shirt. How long will it it take to receive it?
It all depends. Some orders might take a few days or a few weeks. Some of our shirts are set as a pre-order for a week or two and get print and shipped right away. There will be an estimated shipping date in the product's description. We we will surely send you an email once it is shipped.
Hey, I gave you the wrong size/or shipping address! What do I do?
We are always more than happy to help you with these issues. However, if the product is already shipped, there's not much we can do. We will do our best to solve the issue. We know it's a bummer to order something and not get it.
I live outside of the United States, am I able to buy product at your store?
As of right now, we ship to the U.S. & Puerto Rico. If you do not live in the these areas, please email us to see what we can do. There may be extra fees added to your shipping order because of customs.
What's your refund/exchange policy?
If there's something wrong with your order (shirt size, shirt, defective product, etc.), return it to us unworn and unwashed with 14 days of delivery and we'll be happy to issue a refund. Exchanging a shirt is a little more difficult since we print close to exact quantities of what we need. If you need an exchange, email us and we'll see what we can do for you.
What kind of shirts do you use?
We use both Next Level Apparel and Gildan Soft-style. Soft and comfortable fashion fit shirts.
Do you release shirts for charity?
Even though we, The Heart Locker Project, gives back to organizations with our music projects, we have yet to release a shirt to help benefit a type of charity. However, we will be releasing shirts for charity starting this year.
